Greenwich brought New York-inspired luxury to Chevron Island with 44 generously scaled residences across 15 levels. With a buyer cohort that expected premium service from the moment they signed, we were engaged to prepare every buyer for settlement and make the process seamless.
We coordinated and facilitated all valuation inspections and pre-settlement buyer inspections, managed settlement communications end-to-end, and ensured every buyer arrived at the settlement table informed, prepared, and confident.

Lagoon is one of the Gold Coast’s most celebrated boutique high-end developments comprising 259 apartments designed for buyers who expect the best. Drew Group engaged Atilla to manage the full buyer relationship 6 months ahead of settlement through to key handover, ensuring the calibre of the experience matched the calibre of the product.
We introduced a dedicated Relationship Manager to every buyer from day one, delivered consistent project updates throughout construction, managed day-to-day buyer communications, coordinated settlement logistics, and provided hands-on support through to handover. At a project of this scale, keeping 259 buyers informed, engaged, and settlement-ready is no small feat; and it’s exactly what we’re built to do.
